For more than one week, we have not been able to log onto Micropatent. We get a message that we have to contact the Billing Department in the USA. We recently paid our renewal fee and it would appear that the problem is relatively simple and easy to fix. We contacted Micropatent's representatives in Israel and Europe for assistance but they were unable to identify the problem or fix the problem. Now, we are leaving phone messages and sending emails to Micropatent in the USA. Has anyone else encountered problems with Micropatent recently? In the past, Micropatent had excellent customer service. Is this the result of their recent acquisition?
