Patent databases with address information

Hi list members,

I am looking for patent databases with address information for all the inventors and/or assignees. My primary interest is statistical analysis of the data, so it would be most convenient if the data can be downloaded or exported, preferably in spreadsheet form.

Any guidance that the group can provide would be most welcome. Reply to the list and we can all share the information.
