You do not mention in your message whether you are interested in just US
cases or other publishing authorities such as WO, EP or national cases.
You will need to investigate each in turn. As regards the WO and EP,
there has been a considerable reduction in the front page data for
inventors over recent years. There used to be full information, then it
got abbreviated to first line. In the case of GB national cases,
personal addresses are now phased out in favour of employer's address.
The information from the inventor field will vary with company policy as
well - some always put in "c/o the employer", whilst others included
individual's personal addresses. So both applicant policy and patent
office policy will affect the data.
You should also bear in mind that manipulating data which refers to
living identifiable individuals may mean that you are entering an area
covered by EU or national data protection laws.
