If one has the number, ZL 2003 20126749, what is the correct patent
number to search for in various databases. I know ZL in Chinese Patent
publications mean "Zuan Li", "Patent" in Chinese and that it is only
used for issued patents. What I need to figure out is how to arrive =
at
the Chinese patent number from the string above.
Also, has anyone come across a Taiwan patent in the following format:
M251582.
