Yes, the archived copy is updated every single time there is a new
request for the file. Landon IP pulls the original USPTO file (if
available) and cross-checks it against the file in our archive. This
way we are sure to provide the most complete copy to the new requestor.
Please note that we do not simply check the PAIR contents, we check the
actual file so that we can locate items which may not have been entered
in PAIR or entered incorrectly.

< What will happen if someone requests a file wrapper from your firm
during the prosecution of the case? - will later requests for the same
file get the same content, frozen at the date of original request, or
will they get the file wrapper updated to include new material later
than the original request date?>

Each new request, assuming the requestor has basis to access the file,
will receive an updated file. Additionally, Landon IP offers a
monitoring service in which we periodically monitor pending files and
add new papers as they are entered in the case.
