This year's IFFI Players production

Everyone,

I want to encourage you all to plan your Tuesday evening at the PIUG
meeting so as to be able to attend the IFFI Players production -- ice
cream social at 8:00, play starts at 8:30 and runs till about 10:00.

Two special things about this year's production: First, two of the
founding members of the IFFI Players, Stu Kaback and Harry Allcock, are
coming out of retirement to attend the conference -- and they will both
be in the play! I'm sure you'll want to be there to greet and applaud
them.

Second, this year we're doing a version of Teichmann and Kaufman's "The
Solid Gold Cadillac," a very funny play about a wicked giant =
corporation
with an even more wicked Board of Directors, and the small band of =
brave
employees who oppose them. I have done considerable re-writing of this
play, and if you find that the company in question now resembles a
certain information provider whom we all know and love -- be assured
that this is done in a spirit of fun, and not to be taken seriously.
