Dear All

I have been asked to find out whether it is possible to obtain a
document in the US that Certifies that a Corporation is Incorporated in
the US. We have some patent litigation pending and I need to obtain =

evidence purposes such a certificate.

Does any one have any experience or suggestions as to an agency in the
US that could handle my request?
