Dear colleagues
I have been experiencing a total non-response with public PAIR lately.
The only advice from USPTO which I have received is to disable any
anti-virus program or pop-up blocker. Before I do this, can anyone
comment on whether this is really a solution? I do not really want to
use a service which requires me to disable and enable other applications
several times a day.
