The people at Questel-Orbit asked me to post this message for them,
since they can't post it themselves. Because of a transformer failure
in their neighborhood, they are without power and without
communications. They cannot receive telephone calls or e-mail =
messages,
nor can they access any of their own computer resources.
They apologize for the inconvenience. They hope to be back up by
tomorrow morning.
