Patent Family Tree - Summary

Firstly thank you to all of the people who responded to my request, some
I have thanked directly already, others I will be responding to soon.

I thought I would provide a quick summary as several people have
contacted me after this information as well.


Wisdomain have a product called FOCUST which shows families in a tree
format.

I also received information a new product that will be released in
December that also displays family information in a tree format.

Global Prior Art produce a very nice poster showing patent family
information.

Questel-Orbit and PatServ from Patentinformatics both provide family
information in a chart format. Patentinformatics also provide a number
visual displays.

Finally, thanks to Rick Neifeld for the links to his articles on things
to be aware of when looking at families and priorities.
