When you combine L3 and us/pc you also get results in which US is a
family member and other family counterpart entered on the specific
Derwent week (same problem with entry date or publication date).
Does someone have a way to limit a country with its specific publication
date?
For example:

I don't know about each month, but you can limit the search to new basic
records within an update. Use <Derwent Week>/DW.B to retrieve basic
patents only:
