Norman:
Our patron is not yet ready to file a patent application anywhere. What he
had hoped was to obtain a thorough search, which would help him to decide
whether or not to pursue a patent. He feels that the EPO has the
reputation of doing very thorough searches and hoped that they might
conduct a search independent of filing the application.

Hilary:
Why don't you submit your patent to the US Patent office. They will do a
search on your patent.
