I discovered inadvertently that INPI is back indexing patents in Derwent
sections C & E for the EP,FR, US & WO patents - so far they're back to
8537 - but who reads headers anyway - it's in the mms header - not in
the Pharm header. It seems that in addition to structure access - the
basic biblio info is there for section e and then one transfers the
priority info to the wpil files - i think that there's more abstracting
done for section c but won't swear to it.
