Sorry if this has been covered before, but I didn't find it in the list
archives. What is the best way to check the patent status (legal
status) of Japanese patents? We want to make sure that the patents have
been maintained, and it's not clear whether Inpadoc (accessed via
Delphion) provides this information for Japanese issued patents. The
Dialog Blue sheet for Inpadoc indicates that legal status is provided
for 25 countries. Does this include Japan?
