Recently I had some enquiries off-list regarding some new patent searching
software "GetPat Pro" that was mentioned on the PIUG list about a month ago.
We (IP Menu) have been in contact with the producers of the software and
have been trialling the pre-release version of the software. We have put a
brief review on our IP Menu News page (www.ipmenu.com/news.htm). Our first
impressions of this software was that it could be a very useful tool in our
searching toolbox. I don't know when the software will be officially
released or what the pricing will be, but I do understand that there will be
a trial version available. When I hear more I will let the list know.
