Bad EP publication

For those of you that are interested in incorrect publications of patent
specifications - here is one just to prove that it is not just the USPTO
that mess up...

Check out EP 1199909 as obtained fron the EPO website. It seems that the
Basic bibliography (title, inventor, IPC codes etc) are correct - the
patent concerns the manufacture of an OLED Display. But everything from the
front page drawing, and abstract onwards describes a sewage plant!
Unfortunately the PCT application it is derived from is in the orginal
Japanese....

Any ideas on how to easily track down the EP translation? I would like to
read this art - but it is certainly not important enough to spend much time
or effort to find the EP translation.

Thanks
Andy Gillanders
