Dear Friends,
The US Patent Application No. US2002/0025982A1 dated February 28, 2002,
which was granted yesterday with US Patent No. US6426422B1 dated
July 30, 2002 has to be assigned as B2 instead of B1. The USPTO has to
rectify this error which is becoming so frequent these days.
The priority information and the application No.s are the same for
both the application and the grant. PAIR database also confirms the same.
