(and set SDI or alert services) using LitAlert(r), produced by Derwent
Information and is available at Dialog (file 670,

(file LITA, http://www.questel.orbit.com/en/userdoc/Fctsht/LITA.pdf) or
at Westlaw

R=1.0). You may search by patent numbers, parties, patent assignee,
inventors, etc. A country name, if different from USA, is a part of a
Plaintiff or Defendant field.
Another source which may be useful [for non-subscribers of
Lexis-Nexis] is lexisONE, "The Resource for Small Law Firms"
(www.lexisone.com) . lexisONE provides free state or federal case law
search (by parties, search terms, dates, courts, etc., or by citation).
For example, I found 14 federal cases for Mylan Pharmaceuticals as one
of parties from 1994, 91 federal cases with "patent infringement" from
Jan. 1, 2002. A full text of cases is available free after a free

registered as non-attorney public user.)]
