Are you ready to handle the chemical patent portfolio of one of San
Diego's most dynamic and well-respected biopharmaceutical companies?
This five year old company promises to be one of the most exciting in
the industry. Already profitable, they have substantially expanded the
chemistry department and are looking for a talented patent agent or
attorney to direct the chemistry aspects of the company's portfolio. You
should enjoy working directly with scientists, know how to search
chemical patent databases, be proficient in drafting and prosecuting
patent applications, and enjoy a lively, interactive environment where
your opinion is invited and respected. You must be a registered US
Patent Agent with two years minimum experience with prep and
prosecution. A Ph.D. in organic chemistry is strongly preferred but a BS
or MS in chemistry and strong IP experience working with
pharmaceutically related patent portfolios will be considered. Patent
AGENTs or ATTORNEYs are welcome to apply.
