A customer has asked for information on Soviet "unpublished" patents. I am
assuming that he is referring to unpublished inventor certificates that
were granted during the Soviet era. Is there any source for searching these
documents comprehensively, or is our access limited to those certificates
transferred to the Russian patent system and included on the PAR database?
Is there any other unpublished Soviet patent system in existence? Any
assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
