JPAA (Japan Patent Attorneys Association)

or PACAJ (The Patent Attorneys Cooperation Association of Japan)

For your reference, I searched some patent application of Orbital Engine in
Japan and found that the attorney's name of some applications is Mr. Kazuo
Sato. He belongs to Kyowa Patent Law Office and the address of the office
is Fuji Bldg., 3-2-3 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-Ku, Tokyo, 100-0005 Japan. Phone
number is +81-3-3211-2321. However, for confirmation I will recommend to
