Here's the latest mess on a US pregrant publication, specifically
US20020013415 of 1/31/02. The bibliographic info alleges NL priority with
application number 201238. That's immediately recognizable as NOT a
Netherlands application number. A little research quickly shows that it's
an EP priority, specifically for the family of patents derived from
WO97/42258.
Why does the frequency of these errors seem to be growing by leaps and
bounds?
