I have been trying to find a published application at the website of Japan's
Patent Office. The published application of interest, from Kao Corp., is JP
63-122796 A2 published on 26 May 1998. I have looked by this number and the
number of it's application (61-268314). Searching by neighboring application
numbers (i.e. 61-268310 through 61-268319) I obtain published application
records for all in that range EXCEPT for 61-268314 and 61-268315. Can anybody
come up with a plausible (or better yet the actual) reason why I cannot obtain
the record of interest from this website??
