English language patents from PCT system

        Hi,
I've recently run a search on the Derwent World Patent Index on STN & have
found an Australian application that is given as an equivalent of the PCT
application. How can one tell if it is in English ? (The original WO is in
German as is the EP & there is not yet a GB or US patent). If this patent
application is initially published as an Australian patent in German &
subsequently a translation is filed, as I believe is necessary to claim
priority or ultimately to have the patent come in force, how can one tell
that the translation is filed ? Is that translation then available ? Is it
available electronically ?) The Australian in this case was in German.
In summary I am looking for :

An electronic means of knowing the language in which an
Australian patent is published.
An electronic means of identifying if an English translation
is available.
Electronic access to such an English translation.
Any help or suggestions would be gratefully received.
