For your further information: Art 22 PCT has been changed so that the entry into national/regional phase can take place up to 30 months after priority date in all cases,with or without Chapter II . Entry into force of this change is 1 April 2002 (excepted for countries where the law has to be adapted). Happy New Year to all of you.
