There are many databases like espacenet, delphion, dialog, etc... that put
full text documents of patents. Do you know how could they transfer this
information in a text format? Do they use a OCR software to convert images
in text? or do they mannually write the texts? How come they obtain an
excellent error rate? it is very uncommon to find an ortographic error
there, it is really impressive.
My OCR here at home it terrible, the error rate is too high, do you know how
i could find a good OCR?
