Dave, consider this LATTICE current year WO documents problem your last
encounter with the Y2K bugaboo. I struggled with the format for
ordering WO documents as well, and tried ordering with 2 leading 00, or
with just the published document numbers, e.g, 64846. Both seemed to
work, which must mean that for year 2000 WO documents, Lattice will
accept ZEROES or no digits for the year of publication & assume 2000.
I've upgraded to LATTICE 2.0, but have had lots of problems with that,
like the USPTO no longer works via LATTICE, nor can I consistently get
all pages to download from the EPO, so I've nearly stopped using
LATTICE. I can't spend all day collating pages to make sure I'm not
missing pages from a stack of patents.

As it turns out, the real problem is that I'm not using Lattice
correctly.
Not that I can find any documentation about how to enter the patent
numbers.
In this case WO "2000064846" does not work but WO "0064846" does. I
don't
know what happened the other times. Maybe someone who actually has
time for
educating people they're not responsible for can send me a brief "help
file"
on this subject. Although Lattice could have pointed me in the right
direction by saying "Patent not found" instead of "EPO timeout".
