I would like to know if any of you are using following softwares in your
organization and if yes, would you be kind enough to share your experience
with us? All these softwares are basically used for toxicity prediction of
the candidate molecules/drugs:
1. DEREK (Deductive Estimation of Risk from Existing Knowledge)
2. TOPKAT (Toxicity Prediction by Komputer Assisted Technology)
3. MCASE (Computer Automated Structure Evaluation)
We are in the process of short listing some of these softwares and hence
this mail.
