On STN International information on filed opposition is available in the
following databases:

INPADOC (International Patents, legal status data from
    26 authorities)
    PATOSEP (European Patents)
PATDPA (German Patents in German language)

Search strategies:

INPADOC:
        S (XXX (P) (OPPO? (NOTP) NO OPPO))/LSTX

XXX: Company Name
LSTX: Legal status text, strategy excludes entries "NO OPPOSITION")

PATOSEP:
       S XXX/OP
Search company name (XXX) in field OP

PATDPA:
In PATDPA only the information that opposition has been filed is available,
not the name of the opponent.
       S XXX AND PGEI?/NTE,NTL
(German legal status code for opposition, NTE: Legal status,
NTL: Last changes in Legal status)

I'm looking to see the number of times a particular foreign company has
filed oppositions and with whom.

Does anyone know if this kind of information is searchable? I would
appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you.

Louise
