We've noted that the formal publication date for PCT applications this week
is tomorrow, Friday 8th, rather than today. Can anyone at WIPO or elsewhere
explain why this should be so? It seems unlikely that Labor Day on Monday or
even the Gallic gasoline privation could have had such an effect.....
