In CAplus on STN, records for patents issued by USPTO do appear within two days.

Subject: Time lag for patents

Dear Colleagues,

I would like to know what is lag between a date of grant and its
availability in the database (USPTO, IBM, EPO, CA, Derwent)?

What I gather is that there is usually a weeks time for USPTO. Perhaps,
commercial databases should be including patents granted immediately
(within 48 hrs or so; inclusion in MARPAT file may take little longer).

Would appreciate receiving your observations in this regard soon.

Regards

Dr Shukla
