Based on their patenting histories, I would conclude that Alt and Welch (2 of
the 3 inventors) work for Phillips Petroleum. For example, from the Delphion
IPN site (formerly IBM)

US6057410: Polymeric ligands, polymeric metallocenes, catalyst systems, preparation, and use
      Applicant(s):Phillips Petroleum Company, Bartlesville, OK

lists the following inventors:
Alt; Helmut G. , Bayreuth, Germany
                     Schertl; Peter , Bayreuth, Germany
                     Peifer; Bernd , Bayreuth, Germany
Palackal; Syriac J. , Bartlesville, OK
Welch; M. Bruce , Bartlesville, OK

Based on the fact that
US6087290: Si-N-Si-bridged metallocenes, their production and use
lists the inventors with the same addresses,
Fottinger; Klaus , D-95440, Bayreuth, Germany
                     Alt; Helmut G. , D-95445, Bayreuth, Germany
                     Welch; M. Bruce , Bartlesville, OK 74006
I would surmise that the work for this patent was done at Phillips too.

As for actual Assignee...?

Subject: Apologies--I meant US6087290.

Apologies, everyone--I didn't realize I had mistyped. It's US6087290 that
shows up with no assignee on its face, but with Hughes Electronics on the
USPTO website and in STN's USPATFULL. And Hughes doesn't seem to make
sense, which is why I raise the question. Meanwhile, thanks to those who
took the effort to tell me the assignee of 6087200.
