The record for this patent on the USPTO website says that the patent is
assigned to Hughes Electronics; STN's USPATFULL database says the same.
The printed patent, on the other hand, shows no assignee.
Assignees often don't show up on patent faces, but this patentee seems
surprising for this particular technology. Could there be a short-circuit
somewhere?
