presentation on intellectual property from a university point of
view.
11-11:45 David Saari, BASF: Intellectual Property Issues
(covering both the new patent law and the database protection.
Database protection concerns commercial databases which no longer
are protected by copyright in view of the Supreme Court decision in
Feist v. Rural Telephone)
