Dear Peter K and others

The ECLA clas has to be late as they a applied relative late in the EPO
proces of digesting the patent application.
Remember ECLA are primary for internal EPO use - for the searchers in
the future!
EPO has told me that the classifikation proces / the time of doing it -
is very difficult to change.
But it would be nice to have it on the A version.
