Searching the priority US19890444651Q in Espacenet gives indeed a hit for
JP3178135, but the bibliographic data of this document doesn't show any
priority information in the priority field!
By checking a little further, I found (i) that 19891210 was a sunday and
(ii) that applications US19890444650 and US19890444652 were filed on
19891201.
My conclusion is that the priority date 19891210 is an error and that the
"Q" in the priority data in Espacenet should be a sort of "warning mark".
