Thesis, DSc thesis, a book, etc...) that clearly shows that patent system
really works in promoting/estimulating the progress of tecnhnology? Some
case study that shows that a company really had an improved performance,
since it adopted a good patent portfolio? Some statistics that show the
correlation beteweeen patent development and economic growth? And the last
but not the least, some study that shows that this same patent system could
be a useful tool promoting the progress of newly technologies like biotech,
software, etc.. ?
