Byk Gulden is an international company of the researching pharmaceutical
industry with the headquarter located in Konstanz, Germany (

The Team of Information Retrieval and Analysis is involved in all aspects
of information retrieval, distribution, and analysis. We are looking for a
Search Professional to complement our team.
The candidate should have a strong scientific information background,
preferably in the area of health (pharmaceutical, medical or biochemical
industry). She/He is expected to provide current awareness services,
participate in end-user training programs and to work with customer teams.
She/He should be able to search, analyze, and report patent-related issues
including prior art, and patentability. Individuals must have significant
experience using the online databases on various hosts. Also, individuals
should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a research information
environment. Capability of structure searching is desired.
