PCT system was designed to easy the filing in many countries at same time,
but still requires the national application in each country. What do you
know about the changing system, where there is no more national phase, so
that, the application will no more be sent to national offices and the
preliminary exam could be used to grant or not the patent ? Do you think
that this international patent could be a benefit for the inventor,
examiners, and countries?
