Videotaping the PIUG 2000 meeting - How does SLA do it?

Hi,
I need help with videotaping and more importantly copying and distributing
copies of the tape made at the PIUG 2000 meeting.

I have heard that SLA (Special Library Association) and other similar
groups hire an outside firm to 1) make the original videotapes and 2)
handle the distribution of copies to those who would like to purchase
copies.

Can anyone give me detailed information on what company to contact in the
Washington, D.C. area to have the PIUG 2000 meeting videotaped and have the
videotapes properly distributed to those who would like to purchase copies?

Last year (1999) we had portions of the meeting videotaped, but then I
found that distributing copies is a major project.

Thanks for any knowledgeable help you can offer,
Sandra
