Edlyn Simmons and myself are organizing a patent symposium for the ACS
meeting in Washington DC, which will be held August 20-24, 2000. The patent
symposium is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 23.
Speakers are invited to present a 30 minute talk on any aspect of chemical
patent information. We still need a few additional speakers. To apply,
please submit an abstract to the ACS OASys (online abstract submittal
