I have tried all the routes that you used, Neil, and in every case found
full documents for DE patents publishing on 20000210 but only bibliographic
details for those published on 20000217. If the Patent Offices are
consistent you should have found documents for 20000203 by 11 February.
Perhaps they were a little late in processing the full specs that week.
