Thank you to the single respondent who found that the sites worked for her,
but on 11th February I repeated my searches for patents publishing on
20000203 and the results below held true. It seems that there is a need to
know which of the Espacenet sites to use in order to obtain the most up to
date information for any particular country or zone.
We all greatly value the information provided by the patent offices, and in
the light of the encouragement given to use the services more at the EPIDOS
meeting and on other occasions could I suggest that this would be
facilitated by the provision of more detailed "Help" on this and related
topics.
