phase for a long time. From time to time, the Notices in the front of the
Official Gazette have included entries of notices of national stage applications
filed without the signatures of all inventors. Here are some examples:

with a petition under 37 CFR 1.47 requesting acceptance of the
application without the signature of the legal representative of the

international application number is PCT/GB96/02627 and was filed on 28
October 1996 in the names of David John Inder, Paul Anthony Higgs and
Peter John Le Feuvre for the invention entitled LEVEL SENSOR AND WASHER
UNIT. The national stage application is assigned number 09/065,074 and
has a 35 U.S.C. 371(c) date of 01 September 1998."

There is a small amount of national/regional phase entry data now being
added to INPADOC. Perhaps the most interesting is the US, where it does
indeed show entry to US national phase before the US case grants.
