My apologies if this was already a topic, but I was wondering if someone
could explain the following to me.
I was searching WO 9920838 in Inpadoc. It showed Australia as the only
published country. However, its designated nationally in numerous
countries. Does that mean that the inventor decided not to publish in
those countries? What exactly does "designated" mean?
