Your message looks fine to me. Please convert to an ASCII text message
before submission to PIUG-L. A suggestion is that for document types such
as Microsoft Word, PDF, HTML, etc, you upload these special document types
to Derwent's (or other vendors') WWW/FTP server and reference the non-ASCII
version by including a hyperlink when you send out the ASCII version of the
message to PIUG-L.
Please refer to http://www.piug.org/list.html for the guidelines for
commercial postings, including the passage about not including attachments
in PIUG-L posts. It also provides the information on sending messages to
PIUG-L. If you choose not to subscribe so that you can post directly, I can
forward your message to the list.
