This is to let you know that our new newsletter editor, Lucy Akers, has
sent the newsletter to the commercial printing/mailing service. The
newsletter should be in the mail today or tomorrow.
This issue includes the PIUG membership list (Elaine Campbell), the PIUG
Salary Survey (Richard Kurt and Lucy Akers) and the new PIUG Inc. ByLaws
(adopted by Tony Trippe, Mark Frentrup and Sandra Unger, the
incorporators). There is also a review of the 1999 EPIDOS/Patinova meeting
by Elvin Hoel.
The registration form for the PIUG 2000 annual meeting (May 1-3,
Washington, D.C.) is also in this issue of the newsletter (very last page).
By publishing the registration form in the newsletter, PIUG members have
first rights to register for the PIUG 2000 annual meeting. If any spaces
are open as of March 15th, the registration form will be posted to the PIUG
email list and registration will be opened to non-members.
The agenda for the PIUG 2000 meeting will be posted to the PIUG email list
next week. Terri Dockter is assembling the abstracts for publication.
