RE: Inquiry about nasal administration of Viagra from 1998 Digest ofnews

The answer to my Viagra question comes (indirectly) from WO9716181, a Univ
Kentucky case first highlighted in a press release dated Jan 14th (1999)
from Reuters, entitled "Scientists champion fast-acting Viagra nasal spray".
These scientists have been investigating intranasal drug administration
(including aspirin, WO9001322) for many years - and maybe it was predicatble
that they should now turn their attention to sildenafil. Many thanks for
this clarification (and to A Belinsky). I wonder if this prior art will be
cited against (all three of) the pending applications.

Thanks, Serge, wherever you are. This intelligence may qualify you for a
sample of the CPG issue in question....
