Training Programs
One of our core competencies
It is our pleasure to offer
you several options to maximise your use of the software
now in your possession. We offer the best hands-on-training
classes with easy to follow training exercises. It is offered
in a set-format class that we recommend to all beginners
and a Design-Your-Own course (DYO), which is an "à
la carte" course that experienced users can take to answer
more specific questions they may have about using our software.

On-site:
An Edital Intellectual Property Network trainer can travel to your office and conduct a training class in the comforts of your own environment. On-site classes are normally held on Thursday and Friday. The first day covers Basic training and the second day covers Administrative Advanced training, including customisation of reports.
Chicago/Brussels Laptop:
You can come to Chicago or Brussels, bring your laptop and enjoy an informal training course in a small classroom environment. Laptop classes are normally held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the Edital Intellectual Property Network offices. You bring your own laptop with the current version of the Edital Intellectual Property Network product and Seagate's Crystal Reports (only for WorldMark Plus training) already loaded. If you are unable to procure a laptop, Edital Intellectual Property Network will rent one for you.
